Of course, you want to check out nearby Parkshore Grill, too. This bistro offers steaks and seafood alongside an excellent wine menu. Take time to stroll down the pier and treat yourself live music and cocktails at Pier Teaki while you look out over the water. When you've had your fill of food and drink, walk it off at The Sundial. It's an elegant outdoor shopping area with top retail brands and an excellent movie theater.

Things to Do

St Petersburg has many outdoor activities, but it's also a town of sports fans. Many residents spend time at Tropicana Field, where they cheer on the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team. They may also cheer on the racers at the annual Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, a 100-lap IndyCar Series race. St Petersburg embraces art and culture as much as it does sports. The city hosts the annual St. Petersburg Fine Art Festival at South Straub Park, where hundreds of artists display their work over an eventful weekend. Be sure to attend Savor St Pete, an annual festival celebrating the city's local cuisine, wine, and craft beer selections.
